CeilingSAM Return/Refund Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Returns must be in original packaging and new/unopened condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information, and packaging material. Please email info@ceilingstorageandmore.com to request a return with our customer support team. Upon return authorization approval, CeilingSAM will provide the customer with the appropriate shipping instructions and return address. Refunds will be re-applied to the original credit card and will equal the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs to the original delivery location and 10% restocking fee. Return shipments must be paid by the customer and shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance. Please select a reliable freight carrier that will provide a tracking number, shipping insurance, and proper packaging as CeilingSAM will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. All returns will be inspected by our warehouse staff to determine if the return meets our stated criteria. Refunds will not be issued if there are missing parts or packaging, or product cannot be resold as new. Unauthorized returns or returns without prior approval will be returned to customer freight collection.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible to determine if your product has shipped. If the product has shipped, the item may be returned according to our Return Policy (shipping costs to/from the delivery location and applicable re-stocking fees apply). If the order has not shipped, we can cancel the order for a full refund.
