I started out needing a storage system. Living here in Florida with no basements, storage is at a minimum. I came across the Tote Slide Pro system and it seemed to be the perfect fit for the perfect situation. 
This system allowed me to put storage on the ceiling above my garage door. After going to the website, seeing plenty of instruction videos, and also seeing how people said how easy it was to install this system, I decided to make a purchase. If you're somewhat of a handyman like I am, one person can install this system easily. Another set of hands though can always be helpful. I wanted to get an extra set of storage in the middle, so I purchased two systems which allowed me to do so.

I started by laying both systems out on the garage floor to give me an overview of what it was going to look like before doing the installation. Since I was installing two systems, I needed to come up with a game plan for my measurements. Once I got started, I was off and running.

I had another follow-up question and happened to call on the weekend, and the inventor of the CeilingSAM answered the phone! He stated he likes to give his employees the weekends off and he manages the phone calls once in a while. I was fortunate enough to get my questions answered. Wow! What great customer service!!
